Telescopic Pocket Filler are suitable to automatically feed rigid and flexible containers such as metal cans, plastic cups and glass jars with solid products such as peas, beans, lentils, corn, diced meat, dried pasta, ravioli, etc. During its operating cycle a conveyor belt carries the containers to the feeding screw maintaining a variable speed so as to facilitate their insertion. The feeding screw is synchronized with the inlet star that transfers the containers to the Filler. The filling product is directed to the telescopes by means of a series of baffles. The telescopes determine the quantity of product to be dosed. The machine can be equipped with the “no can – no fill” device, that allows the product unloading only if there is a container to be filled.  During the filling process, a set of pneumatic vibrators settle the product inside the containers. Once the filling phase is over, the containers leave the machine to be transferred to the following working process by means of a specific conveyor belt.
