Flo-Mech is able to supply either single machines, integrated process modules or complete lines - from potato intake through to seasoning - for capacities of 250kg/hr up to 3,500kg/hr of finished product.


Receiving potatoes in bulk, crates or bags, our intake systems will de-soil, grade, store and transverse product.

Starch is removed from the surface without damaging the potato slices to provide distribution of clean slices.

Using continuous filtration of oil during frying, rids the majority of process generated debris and provides oil and product quality.

Camera / Laser optical inspection technology identifies and removes defected products from the production line

Optical Inspection

The Flo-Flavour™ plus systems have been designed to apply powder and oil (if required) separately to products that do not need a slurry based flavour that soaks in. The systems are used for other snacks products like fried snacks.
